Our route optimization algorithms provide recommendations based on various factors including traffic, weather, and delivery windows. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for final routing decisions and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Analytics and reports are generated based on data collected through the Platform. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of all data and analytics provided.
Access to the Platform requires payment of subscription fees according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

The Platform, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by UsTruck Freight and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our applications to you.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Chicago, Illinois.
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UsTruck Freight regarding the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, or technical failures.
